Your prescription can be found on a small card or a sheet of paper issued by your optometrist. If you don’t have it, you can still contact your optician or shop to ask for a copy. It’s your legal right to obtain your own personal data.
How to send?
You can simply scan or take a picture and upload after you select the lens types on our website. If it is not readily available, send the image to us through the following ways after you check out. Remember to mention your order number when you send in the prescription.
Canada, Mexico and United States (minimum purchase US$138).
We ship all orders by DHL, UPS, FedEx or SF-Express. Please provide full delivery address and a phone number at time of purchase. We cannot ship to a PO box.
Shipping normally takes 3-6 days.
Flat courier shipping fee : USD19/pc for major cities worldwide.
Remote area surcharge : USD20/pc.
Exact shipping fee will be determined and shown at the time of order check out.
10 days from the time we validate your prescription. Certain orders with extreme prescriptions will take extra time and you’ll be notified before we process your order.
Including shipping, most orders can be delivered within 2 weeks.
IMPORT DUTY, TAX (VAT, GSP, SALES/CONSUMPTION)
Our designated carriers will handle import documentation on behalf of customers at their relevant port of entry with a small fee, i.e. customs brokerage. Customers are responsible to settle all duty and tax fees with their local customs office through the courier service, before the goods delivered to their doors. Objectt Optik will soon launch “Tax/Duty Prepaid” service at discounted fee as option.
